Biggest Overseas earner of India ---- Endhiran! 61 crores in 2 weeks!!!

The film has been made in Hindi called Robot and Tamil and Telugu called Endhiran. The film has received enormous success overseas with the film grossing Rs. 20 crores in the United States of America, Rs. 8 crores in the United Kingdom (Including Europe), Rs. 7 crores in the Middle East, Rs. 21 crores in South East Asia (including Malaysia and Singapore) and Rs. 5 crores in the rest of the world. This film has been released by Ayngaran International, which is a 51% subsidiary of Eros International and is the pioneer in Tamil film distribution in theatrical and home video formats in the international market. Endhiran (Robot) trailor out!

First things first! Endhiran is India...well...Asia's biggest film venture ever....the budget spanning over 190 crore rupees ($ 50 million)...the biggies at bollywood couldn't even dream of such a huge project. Revolutionary director, Shankar's previous blockbusters Sivaji, Anniyan (aparichit), Indian (Hindustani). Kaadhalan (Hum se hai muqabla), Jeans. All these movies had one thing in common....they were all sleek..stylish and ahead of time...yet Block busters.... Although after the disaster that Raavan was, I didn't want to put stress on this movie, coz it has Rajnikant in lead, whose now old and weary.... But it's just that.....the trailor....one look at the trailor...changed my mind.... There's huge expectation...suddenly....
