It's funny what you get to see while you are in Indian city of Delhi. Actually you can see such things throughout North India, what kind of things am I talking about??? Well...simple...Breaking laws! =P It's almost like an important rule in life up here...to break laws...be it spitting on the roads or peeing anywhere you feel like or speeding at 100kmph on the wrong side of the road and raping the traffic laws! It's like the birthright of every person in the Delhi/Haryana region to break laws! It's disgusting, and it's shame that its happening in the capital of India and the IT city- Gurgaon!
