That was for the film, let's talk about it's music. As expected Rahman was supposed to deliver something amazing....and does he???? read on......
1. PUTHIYA MANITHAA (The new man) - This track has been sung by SP Balasubramniyam and Rahman himself. While there is Khatija Rahman rendering her part in some parts of the song giving it a soulful touch. It's a techno song....making use of dance beats and amazing lyrics by Vairamuthu....the song pronounces the creation of Robot and declarations of his power and might and also shows his love for his nativity!

2. KAADHAL ANUKAL (Love germs) - This one's quite soft and romantic. It would be my favourite coz it gives me a joyful sensation...everytime I hear it. Tamil version has been sung by Vijay Prakash and Shreya Ghoshal. Just love the way Vijay hums....in the beginning and says AYYO....
Amazing song...best one from the album. ROMANTIC and fresh! Like you are driving along the suiss valley....or miami beach.... And a very special mention about the lyrics...lol...it's really funny how Vairamuthu has related microbiology and Physics with LOVE....

3. IRUMBILE ORU IRUDHIYAM (A heart in the ironcase) - Sung by Rahman and Kash n' Krissy, this sing has become quite popular among the youngistanis from down south. This one's perfect for the dance floor....the kinda songs played late night at Discotheques.....I found it average...coz it's not my type of music.....more like Britney spears' kinda music....which I hate....but since it has gone well with the younger generation, I give it 8.8/10....It's fast...hip and stylish!

4. CHITTI DANCE SHOWCASE - begins with a slow rendering of BOOM BOOM ROBO DA....as the name suggests...it's the theme that depicts Chitti's (the Robot's) dance.....
It's more instrumental and quite a blend of western Rock....British Waltz and Carnatic vocals.....quite amazing....

5. ARIMA ARIMA (Lion O! Lion) - The anthem of the Album! Awesome energy! You actually wanna get up and punch up your foes after listening to this track, such is the impact of it on the mind......It's more like a song of warrior who has been desparately torn apart by Lust and desire for woman......It begins with the literal praises of RAJNI the superstar and slowly blends into the theme of the movie......the feelings developing in the Robot for Aishwarya.....HARIHARAN and SADHNA SARGAM get together for this one....but it's Hariharan mainly who grips your ears....

6. KILIMANJARO - Ah! the real dance number....the moment it starts....you can hear the chirps of a lizard (:P).....aha aha...ahha.....that's how it starts......a very african theme to this song.....and how well...won't it be...coz the name of the song itself is KILIMANJARO...the highest mountain range of the African continent.....the drums amuse me! WOW! literally you wanna dance while listening to it.....shaking your head like a wild tribal from the African jungles!!!! JAVED ALI oozes honey while Chinmayi sweetly assists him.....

7. BOOM BOOM ROBO DA (Boom Boom Hey Robo!) - This is the final track from the OST album....and how should I put up on this one???? Starts like NSYNC's old tracks....techno beats....soon we have a slightly enhanced instrumental of GENDA PHOOL (from Delhi - 6)...listen carefully....it's the same tune that Rahman uses in the beginning.....and then its an all out dance number....amazing again..love the part - CHITTI CHITTI ROBO....

So, here it is...my final verdict -
PEOPLE BUY HE ALBUM! No matter what language you speak! This can't be missed...the best work by Rahman till now! I am here to translate the songs, so why bother...buy it..listen to the songs....awesome songs! One big album!
