viksharO rohitO mArgO heturdAmodarah sahah
mahIdharO mahAbhAgO vegavAnmitAshanah
विक्षरो रोहितो मार्गो हेतुर्दामोदर: सहः |
महीधरो महाभागो वेगवानमिताशनः ||

The One Who has great speed, vegam means speed and this word is still used as it is in Southern Languages of Malayalam and Tamil. His speed is great, the super powerful energy that has great speed
amitAshanah
The One Who has whose no limit over consumption. amita means limitless and Asanah means eater or consumer for He consumes the whole world at the time of pralaya (apocalypse)
