Lord Vishņu is very particular about His flowers. So much so that in Tirupati, no one is allowed to adorn flowers. All flowers in the temple premises are meant for the Lord. Let us read what His names mean

कुमुदः कुंदरः कुन्दः पर्जन्यः पावनो अनिलः |
अमृताशो अमृतवपु: सर्वज्ञः सर्वतोमुखः ||
kumudah kundarah kundah parjanyah pāvano anilah
amŗtāśoamŗtavapuh sarvajñah sarvatomukhah
kumudah
The One Who wears a garland of flowers
kundarah
The One Who gives the fruit of actions, which are as pure as kunda flower
kundah
The One Who brings the Earth (ku) under His subjection
parjanyah
The One Who rains the fruits of desires
pāvanah
The One Who is pure and purifies everyone
anilah
The One Who is not inaccessible and is of unmatched wisdom
amŗtāśah
The One Who desires the nectar of immortality (amŗtam). He wisely snatched the pot of nectar from the asuras and served it to the suras in His mohiņi avatāra
amŗtavapuh
The One Who has a body that does not die or decay
sarvajñah
The One Who knows everything, omniscient
sarvatomukhah
The One Who has faces everywhere
