Reflections
However I really wasn't longing to see this movie at all... despite being a fan of the kinda movies Roshan Andrews makes... however the title of the movie (Casanovva) was so repelling with Mohanlal playing the protagonist, I really had thi yucky feeling for this movie, despite being touted as the most expensive film made in Malayalam till date! I had seen posters hanging outside packed movie houses across Kochi and Trichur where COME, FALL IN LOVE had been used as the tag line for the movie foregrounding a bulky tummied Mohanlal doing an SRK stand along with Lakshmi Rai & Shriya Saran... but it was not until a couple of days ago when I accidentally came across this particular soundtrack... FALL IN LOVE (Omanichumma)... and the thumping background of this song attracted me towards it and I slowly infused within me the urge to hear it again... and again... and download it... and play it again... and again... and translate it on this blog... for the world to feel this LOVE they keep talking about in this song... and yea... I do wanna watch this movie now... after all I was myself a Mohanlal fan once... (still am... though Prithviraj took over some time ago)... beautiful beats... great silky voice to go with honey-like lyrics penned by the late Gireesh Puthuncherri... Amazing... somehow I get the feeling of Pehli Nazar mein from Race... maybe it's beat...
